I placed my order on Thursday and within a couple of hours a customer service rep was on the phone with me confirming my shipping info. She very courteously explained that she needed to verify my ordering information since I had provided a shipping address that was different than my billing address. Moments after that phone call I received another call on my cell phone from the same rep, once again confirming that the second phone number provided was indeed mine. I have ordered from multiple stores on-line and yours is only the second that has ever taken the extra step and time to confirm my ordering/shipping information. Thank you so much for getting the ring I ordered to me so quickly. It's beautiful! Everything and more than I expected. I had seen a picture of it in a magazine and knew immediately that I wanted it. It took me a while to find it on the internet but I am so glad I was persistent. I didn't realize that the band was wide all the way around so it might be a tad small. I'll wear it (gently) around the house for a couple of days. If it is uncomfortable I'll have to return it for a 1/2 size larger. It's amazing how that little bit of room makes such a big difference.
