Returns

Purchases from our independent Consultants, should be handled directly through the Consultant. This policy is only for online purchases shipped directly from Just Jewelry + JJ Boutique.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team at 937-748-4001 or via returns@justjewelry.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. All returns must be accompanied by a completed Just Jewelry + JJ Boutique Customer Replacement form and a copy of the Just Jewelry + JJ Boutique Sales receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition including original packaging and tags and must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Shipping is non-refundable. Unworn shoes can be returned in their undamaged original box for an online store credit only within 14 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale when indicated.
